New Products

We provide our own local call out and labour warranty on all new products for one year from purchase.  We do however ask for some items to be brought into us such as wheelchairs, walking aids and lighter items.

Sadly we cannot cover general wear and tear or failure of a product from misuse. If this is the case then we would charge a callout and labour fee.

Our own warranty is in addition to the the manufacturer's warranty, this will vary from product to product.

Pre-Loved Products

We provide our own local call out and labour warranty on all pre-loved products for 3 months from purchase.  We do however ask for some items to be brought into us such as wheelchairs, walking aids and lighter items.
