Do You Qualify?

Qualification for VAT Free Shopping is simple, we don't even need a doctor's note, you simply need to tell us if you meet one of the criteria below.

You have a physical or mental impairment that affects your ability to carry out everyday activities, for example blindness

You have a condition that’s treated as chronic sickness, like diabetes

You do not qualify if you’re elderly but not disabled, or if you’re temporarily disabled.

During our checkout process either in our showroom or online, you will be asked if you wish to claim VAT exemption for qualifying products.

In our showroom you will be provided a paper form to sign.
If you purchase online, you will be asked to provide agreement via the checkout process.
