Fen Mobility Centre featured in THIIS Magazine: Celebrating our commitment to compassionate care and mobility solutions

ree

We’re incredibly proud to share that Fen Mobility Centre has been featured in the November 2025 issue of THIIS Magazine — one of the leading publications in the mobility and healthcare industry. The article, titled “Family values in the Fens,” highlights our journey, our values, and the compassionate, customer-focused approach that defines everything we do.

In the feature, I reflect on my path from occupational therapist to business owner, and how my clinical background continues to shape Fen Mobility Centre’s ethos today. With over 17 years’ experience helping people live more independently, my mission has always been clear:

“My passion has always been about making a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives.”

Empowering independence with care and expertise

The article showcases how Fen Mobility Centre provides a comprehensive range of mobility solutions, from scooters and powerchairs to rise-recliner furniture, profiling beds, ramps, wheelchairs, and daily living aids. Every product and service is guided by the same principle — supporting independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Sara explains:

“Our services are as much about people as products. We provide test drives, home and showroom assessments, and personalised advice, all underpinned by a ‘zero pressure guarantee’ and excellent aftercare.”

Our in-house workshop and engineering team ensure every customer receives expert service and maintenance, while our growing product range continues to reflect the latest innovations in mobility and lightweight design.

Strong supplier relationships and ongoing innovation

“Our suppliers have been incredible since we took over the business earlier this year. In the rare cases when things go wrong, supplier support and agility can make a huge difference to putting things right and getting the customer back in good position quickly.”

Recent investments in diagnostic equipment, hydraulic tables, and battery testing tools have helped us continue to deliver the highest possible service standards.

A thriving future for the mobility industry

Looking ahead, Fen Mobility Centre plans to expand beyond the single showroom, bringing our trusted service and family-centred approach to more communities across the region.

“We aim to provide the same compassionate, professional care and high-quality product offering to a broader customer base, while maintaining the family-centred values that define us.”

We’re truly honoured that THIIS Magazine chose to spotlight our story and share our vision for the future of mobility retail. A huge thank you to our team, customers, and suppliers who make what we do possible every day.
