This pair of elbow crutches (also known as forearm crutches) is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the hand, allowing for long-term; day-to-day use. Elbow crutches are more conducive to better posture than underarm crutches; therefore reducing the likelihood of back and neck strain that is commonly seen when axillary crutches are used.

The open cuff design makes picking up and putting down these crutches quick and easy and has a real benefit for those with better balance as they can easily remove one crutch, relying on the second, whilst completing whatever task is at hand - pouring from the kettle, opening the door and suchlike.

The elbow supports are height adjustable from 22-29cm and the crutches themselves can be adjusted from 72-96cm making them easily tailored for fit and comfort to most people.

As and when they need replacing, these crutches take a 19mm ferrule.
