The Rea Azalea offers 25° of seat tilt and 30° of backrest recline to accommodate a range of positioning requirements. Both tilt and recline are easily adjusted by attendant operated gas pistons, supplied as standard. Pivot points on the chair closely match the natural pivot points of the person, ensuring synchronised movements between the client and the chair, greatly reducing the risk of sheer during tilt and recline. For additional safety and confidence for the client, the unique Dual Stability System (DSS) of the Azalea incorporates weight shifting when tilting and reclining, to ensure stability is maintained.
