1. Who are Fen Mobility Centre?

Fen Mobility Centre is the trading name of Cambridgeshire Mobility Ltd and was started when Bartrams Mobility stopped trading because the main company, Bartram Associates Ltd went into administration in 2018.

2. How do I place an order?

Have a browse at our brand new website Fen Mobility Centre, featuring a wide range of quality mobility and healthcare products. Once you have found the product you would like to purchase, you can add it to your shopping basket by clicking the 'Add to basket' button, after you've finished shopping and you are ready to place your order simply click the 'Proceed to checkout' button and enter your delivery information then complete the payment form. You can still add or delete items at this point.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa Debit/Credit and MasterCard Debit/Credit.

4. What are the delivery charges?

There is free delivery on all orders £50 or over excluding VAT, to all UK mainland addresses and most non-mainland UK addresses. For any orders under £50 excluding VAT, there is a charge of £3.29. For large and heavy products, please ensure you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery. For more information on our delivery service,  click here.

5. How long does delivery take?

We always aim to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most orders will be sent using either our own delivery vehicles or a courier service. These services can take between 1-5 business days for delivery but occasionally may take a little longer.

6. How do I claim VAT relief?

You can find out all about VAT relief here. At the checkout, just add what your disability is.

7. What happens if my product arrives damaged?

You need to contact us on the same day. You can contact us either by phone on +44 (0)1353 653 753 or alternatively you can email us on sales@fenmobility.com - please note that photos will be required.
