Delivery Information

All orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of order, using either our own delivery vehicles, post or courier service. Your order may require a signature; we may request that someone is available to take delivery of your item. If this is not possible, then you may leave special delivery instructions during the checkout process.

If you have ordered a large or heavy product, please ensure that you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery.

All orders received before 1 pm, Monday - Friday. Delivery can vary but usually completed within 2 - 5 business days, There may be some circumstances beyond our control where it can take longer. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we have 30 days to deliver to you but please be assured that we strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Out of Stock

Occasionally we might be out of stock of an item. In this case, we will let you know straight away. We may offer an alternative or we will let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
